Vidlinx aims to ensure client satisfaction with all editing services. However, due to the digital nature of our work, we operate under specific return and refund conditions. This policy explains when refunds may be granted and how to request one. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been started. Once work has begun, partial refunds may be offered depending on the level of completion. We do not issue refunds for fully delivered and approved projects. Requests must be made in writing.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us by email with your order details and reason. Our team will review your case within 5 working days. If eligible, refunds are processed using the original payment method. We will confirm outcomes in writing.
4. Revisions vs Refunds
Before requesting a refund, clients are encouraged to request a revision. Most concerns can be resolved through adjustments or clarifications. Our team will gladly make agreed revisions within the original service scope. Refunds are considered a last option when other solutions are not possible.
5. Cancellation by Client
If you choose to cancel a project before editing begins, a full refund may be granted. Once editing has started, cancellation fees may apply. These fees depend on the time and effort already invested. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
6. Cancellation by Vidlinx
In rare cases, Vidlinx may cancel a project due to technical or communication issues. In such cases, a full or partial refund will be offered based on project progress. We will always notify clients as early as possible. Refunds in these cases are processed within 7 business days.
7. Non-Refundable Services
Custom services or special requests outside our standard packages are non-refundable. This includes urgent deliveries, third-party integrations, or platform-specific exports. If a service is non-refundable, this will be clearly stated before payment. We aim for full transparency.
